sums it up perfectly.
We’ve known each other for almost two years now. And yeah, in that time I’ve given a lot of speeches, but they all have one thing in common: they’re all different.
Announcing The Absolutely Brilliant Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise Coleman Tumblr Q&A of Christmas 2012
Anyone who follows this blog knows how much BBC America ships Doctor Who and Tumblr.
This holiday season we’re showing our love by hosting the first ever Tumblr Q&A with the cast of Doctor Who — Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise Coleman! (ehrmahgerd!ehrmahgerd!ehrmahgerd!)
In fact, we think this might be the first TV show Q&A on Tumblr ever, right? If so, cool. If not: THIS IS COOLER! LOOK AT HOW COOL THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS!!!!
This is how it’s going to work:
Matt and Jenna will reblog their favorite questions with their answers to the Doctor Who Tumblr on Friday, December 7th.
In order to make your questions and their answers rebloggable, we are not using the Tumblr Ask or Fan Mail (though we lurve them both), so be sure to post and tag your questions properly.
*And we’re sorry. We’re so sorry but they probably won’t get to answer every question.
But rest assured we’re dispatching the entire Doctor Who Tumblr team to help them sort through the tag pages.
So yeah, submit your question via your blog, tag it, and we’ll see you, Matt and Jenna on Friday. WE ARE SO VERY EXCITE!!!!
Bradley:How you doing Mr De Niro, my name is Bradley Cooper and my question is regarding Awakenings. You talked about your research and how you, you interviewed a lot of patients and people who had the different diseases. There was one mannerism you had during the interview process when they were asking you when you wanted to go outside the building and go for a walk and you went like this with your finger and you sort of made up for it by rubbing your eyebrow and I was wondering, is that something that you saw people do, trying to make up for their ticks or was that something that happened in the moment?
Robert De Niro:That’s a good question.
….So I just saw Silver Linings Playbook (in which De Niro players Cooper’s father) and one of the many emotions I’m feeling, is like, really proud of Bradley Cooper. That is all.

Bill Nye’s Warning To Parents of the Day: Bill Nye, the knower of all things, is out with a new video in which he encourages creationist parents to embrace their “crazy, untenable, inconsistent” world view — just so long as they don’t force it on their offspring:If you want to deny evolution and live in your world, in your world that’s completely inconsistent with everything we observe in the universe, that’s fine, but don’t make your kids do it because we need them.
We need scientifically literate voters and taxpayers for the future. We need people that can… we need engineers that can build stuff, solve problems.
